15. DELIVERY TO HIGH FLOORS
 

Delivery to upper floors may be subject to additional requirements or charges.

Where Products cannot reasonably be transported using a suitable lift, staircase or normal access route, special arrangements may be required.

Any additional charges will be communicated where reasonably practicable before the relevant service is provided.

 

16. RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
 

You or an authorised representative should inspect the Products upon delivery where reasonably practicable.

You should check:

19. LOAD CAPACITY AND SAFE USE
 

You are responsible for ensuring that Products are used within their stated load capacity and intended application.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, load capacities should not be interpreted as a guarantee of suitability for every possible environment or configuration.

Load capacity may be affected by factors including:

• Uneven loading;

• Improper assembly;

• Missing components;

• Damaged components;

• Modifications;

• Floor conditions;

• Anchoring;

• Installation method;

• Load distribution;

• Product configuration; and

• Other site-specific conditions.

Do not exceed the applicable stated load capacity.

 

20. MODIFICATION OF PRODUCTS
 

Products should not be modified, altered, drilled, cut, welded, overloaded or otherwise changed unless expressly authorised or designed for such modification.
