About Us
From a Small Shophouse to Where We Are Today
Jin Yu Trading began in 2003 with a simple idea: provide practical, reliable storage solutions that customers can count on. Our journey started from a small shophouse along Geylang Road, where our founder, Mr. Wong, started the business from the ground up.
In those early days, the company was small, the space was limited, and every customer mattered. There was no large showroom or warehouse—just hard work, determination, and a genuine belief that good products and honest service would speak for themselves.
Growing Alongside Singapore
Over the years, Jin Yu Trading grew together with the needs of our customers. What began with a small range of shelving and storage products gradually expanded into a wider selection of boltless shelving, wire shelving, heavy-duty storage racks, clothes racks, retail display systems and accessories.
Today, our products are used in homes, offices, shops, warehouses, retail stores and many other spaces where practical storage and organization matter. We have always believed that a good rack should do more than simply hold things. It should be strong, practical, adjustable and built to make better use of available space
Practical Products. Honest Service.
One thing that has remained unchanged since 2003 is our approach to business. We focus on products that offer strength, flexibility and good value, without unnecessary complexity. Our boltless shelving, for example, is designed to be assembled without screws and nuts, while shelves can be adjusted to suit changing storage needs.
We also understand that every customer has different requirements. A household looking to organize a storeroom has very different needs from a retailer setting up a shop or a business managing warehouse inventory. That is why we offer a wide range of sizes, configurations and accessories to help customers build a storage solution that works for their space
